About Group Commmons
Group Commons was founded by Tom Riemer and Les Squires with the thought of building a tool that would
be the perfect tool for online collaboration.It was born out of the need for Tom Riemer to manage multiple clients in his software development practice and Les Squires need to manage the communications of organisations in his business. Les's focus is the building of online communities. Group Commons happened because no solution out there provided under one platform for the combination of tickets, requirements, qa, mailing list, contact information, mail handling, content management. Having attempted to put together multiple different open source packages to handle the needs of companies in multiple different companies, it became clear that what was needed was a more comprehensive system, integrated from the beginning. The integration could not happen after. |
